Discuss the work and availability

Get in touch for a quote. We’ll check that we can carry out the work where your car is parked, then arrange a time with you. You can read about car servicing or general mobile repairs before sending your enquiry.

Quotes are free, with no obligation to book. We’ll explain the charges and agree them with you before the visit.

Fixed-price work

Most jobs are quoted at a fixed price for the agreed work. Any additional work and its cost are discussed and agreed before it goes ahead.

Hourly work

For work charged by the hour, we discuss the hourly rate and provide an estimate before we arrive.

Call-out and minimum charges

Depending on location, a call-out fee may apply to cover fuel costs. Any call-out fee and minimum charge are explained before the visit.

Payment and deposits

We accept cash, bank transfer (BACS) and PayPal. Payment, or any remaining balance after a deposit, is due immediately when the work is completed.

No deposit is needed for most jobs. We’ll explain and agree any advance payment with you before booking. See our payment and deposit FAQs for details.

We take pride in our workmanship. If you have a concern about a service or repair we have carried out, get in touch so we can investigate. Where an issue is caused by our workmanship, we will put it right at no additional cost. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
